Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Within Ireland

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days - €4.95
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days - €7.95
  • Free Shipping: On orders over €50

2. International Shipping

We currently ship to select European countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination:

  • EU Countries: 5-10 business days - Starting at €9.95
  • UK: 5-10 business days - Starting at €12.95

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Irish public holidays)
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

4. Tracking Your Order

5. Delivery Issues

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you realize there's an error, contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Nature's Remedy products. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be in original packaging with all seals intact
  • Be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with broken or damaged seals
  • Gift cards

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Consumer Rights

Under Irish and EU consumer law, you have the right to return most items within 14 days for any reason. This policy extends that right to 30 days for your convenience. Your statutory rights are not affected by our return policy.
